Didn't Clayton play for North Melbourne & the Gowans for St Kilda but they couldn't make it in the AFL, technically meaning they were also AFL duds but ended up being SANFL legends.

I wouldnt say that at all. Clayton was going to Richmond before his lung injury. Id call him unlucky.

Chris was offered another year at St KIlda but wasnt interested as They didnt offer the same to James.

So Chris walked away from AFL to come to SANFL.

But each to their own.
