Something along the lines of not so much that Marble Range won the game
but that Souths had lost it.

If they can't hear the full case then too bad - shouldn't be allowed to play until its been heard IMO - no point having this rule if this is how easy it is to avoid the penalty

Why couldn't the Bombers slap an injunction on their bans until October?? Actually, how did this end up in front of the Supreme Court and not just the SANFL Commission??

I'd like to know what he is allowed to argue? I'm sorry it took 18 weeks of watching footy to realise I can't keep doing what I'm doing

One of Port Lincoln Football's Lowest days...
Since when does country football need to end up in the Supreme Court?
surely the legal system in our highest court doesnt need to be clogged up
with this miniscule matter
Still I suppose the Barrister/QC came out happy.

I hear that Jeremy Johncock has a job here next year and will be donning the yellow and green. The thought of a family reunion might be too much for stiffy to ignore.

Phil Harper on 5aa last night was asked about graham being the Sanfl teams captain next year to which he somewhat replied graham has a job in port lincoln next year and will be playing football over there and there is no interest to fly him back every weekend.

Interesting that Graham was at Ceduna watching the GF and not down here watching his players for 2014
Maybe he was scouting....
After Mooney gets off and all the boys play together next year the AFL and SANFL and SACFL
will have their poster team again.
