James Hughes - used to captain the A grade, played more in the lower grades due to commitment levels in recent times.
Rod Mead - started at Enfield, went to Pt Adel then returned to Enfield, started mostly in the infamous C grade now pushed up into the A grade.

If Wayne Knowles attempts at recruitment bare fruit then Rose Lakes may need to be changed to Rose Farm  Or the Mawson Farm Roses? Rose Lakes Bulldogs? Ingle Park Saints?

Mick or Andy?
Either way, good to see them finally getting a run in the A-Grade after 50 years. ;)

who is this bowling line up you speak of?

Potts gone. A big loss, but I think Wright easily covers Potts and offers more, he brings more to the table across the disciplines and his body is more likely to hold up.

Gully will benefit from having a bowler like Wright he can form a partnership with and tie down sides, Mead, Hughes and Lubcke all capable bowlers as well.

Hancock when he returns from injury will bolster the side.

The batting needs to improve drastically, only 4 players hitting over 100 runs last season is embarrassing especially when one is Adam Gully

Will be interesting to see how Wright approaches this season though and how he thinks he best fits in..

Spoke to Big Al a couple of weeks ago at Indoor and he said there is no way he is going back to Enfield this season.

I've also just about got Former State 2nd XI player Chad Parish over the line too to don the Rose Park baggy blue this season. I'd be packing my helmet if I was an opposition player should he suit up ;)

Well he could be recruited to fill the shoes of the retiring Rafal Zuliamis, who was also known to bowl with some serious heat. Will Parish's pants be as high as Rafa's when he bowls?
