Hooray someone agrees!!

Lets think why we watch and go to the footy...its too see a contest and have a winner when we walk away...I still fail to see how a draw is good for anyone

The benefits far out way the costs in this argument.

WHAT Benefits ARE They ??????????????

Hmmm lets see, maybe...

1. A result? No more games where players have busted thier guts out for no reason.
2. High-pressure entertaining football for fans? You honestly can't say that every game you have watched this year has been entertaining football?

1. AS Aerie mentioned earlier, A DRAW is a RESULT and it could well be said that every match that isnt a draw, one team have Busted there guts for nothing cos they lost.
2. What has High-pressure entertaining football for fans got anything to do with wether the game is a Draw or Not or Goes to Overtime???????

Unfortunately these days, AFL is a Profession for players and no longer a sport and for Spectators, it is ENTERTAINMENT so wether the result is a Win, Loss or Draw, What difference does it make as long as we are entertained with High pressured, entertaining, attacking, free flowing footy and not that American Basketball Crap style of game.
Again i ask - What are the Benefits of overtime in the minor rounds?????
