The Powers physical intensity at the moment is a far cry to what is was when they played St Kilda a while back.

Part of our success in 02,3,4 was our skill level,as well as some real hardness around the ball. With player departures the hardness has gone, but the skill of some of our players has dropped, more so the execution of the skills.
Why also is Chad Cornes sitting in one back pocket getting it chipped to him from Wakelin,Thurstans and co. in the other pocket? Get up on the wing Chad, give them a target,a lack of target is why we are going sideways.

If you take this criteria into account, Port Adelaide's rebuilding phase is looking very good at the moment. It is progressing much faster than that of Brisbane, who basically followed the same decline that Port have from the peak (grand finalists 2004), but Brisbane are taking a lot longer to start heading upwards again.
It will happen for Port, fans just need patience. The form of the last 3 weeks should not detract too much from the form of the previous 7 where Port showed they can play very dangerous and damaging footy.

I thought they won that year because they didn't play to his game plan, after trying it the two previous years!

1 The Power are playing SOFT football, no attempt at applying any physical pressure to the opposition.
2. Chocco has pulled together a speedy side but for some reason they chip the ball SIDEWAYS from HB
3. The Burgoyne brothers do not know how to Brek a Tag, some PA fans even thought S Burgoyne was in the same League as Judd, but until Shaun learns to beat the tag week in and week out he can not be considered as an elite player in the comp
4. Big Question, how long can Port carry Tredrea for, his form in the past month has been ordinary at best
