Lol. We've lost four games and beaten all the top teams and you're saying we're in trouble. This team knows how to win against the best. Ask hawks or swans supporters if they'll be happy to meet us in first week of finals. I know what their answer will be. Go Cats!!!!!

so therefore playing a team that is 10th or so on the ladder is a match we should be winning to then help guarantee a good spot in the top 4.

good teams, premiership fighting teams should never lose to lowly ranked teams, and weve lost 3 games to lowly ranked teams, Brisbane, Adelaide and kangaroos

Brisbane, Adelaide and kangaroos aren't crap sides though. Only have to be slightly off your game to drop 1 against them.

Hope you are correct Cracker bui I dont like what Ive seen in recent weeks. Something is amiss when or most important player is a ruckman who has played less than a dozen games.

Lets see how we go against the Eagles in Perth in a couple of weeks. It is the kind of game we are now dropping. Lose that and at best we head to Sydney for our first final.

Intersting to see Mike Sheehan last night predicting Geelong to end up top of the ladder at the end of the minor round. Not sure about that but pretty confident we'll end up second.

All Geelong AFL players scored goals in the VFL today. Chapman played well in the VFL and made the Best players.

If we can get up over the swans next week, we'll end up top two and a home final. Not a bad effort considering a few were questioning our ability not so long ago. Never write off the cats

I haven't seen the whole game from last night, will watch replay during the week

the reports ive read is that we basically played really good solid footy for 3 quarters in wet conditions, and took the foot off the pedal in the last qtr and the match was over and with the travel etc, I don't mind.

I want to see a ******* 4 quarter effort against the swans = we win by 5-7 goals.

yes I love the fact that in some matches we can be behind and you know the players are capable of flicking the switch and go bang, but sooner or later that switch wont be so easily to turn on.

we are the best team, we can not be beaten when we play our best footy for 4 full quarters, but we gotta start it v swans

To all you Geelong supporters out there, what are your thoughts on Jesse Stringer? He seems to be constantly fighting for a spot with players like Murdoch and Horlin-Smith etc.

Is he good enough to be in your finals sides?

He has a chance problem is the VFL side is sitting top and playing good footy. All the players are fighting for a chance to step up into the AFL but they are going down to the VFL side and playing great footy pressing for an AFL spot. It is great to see both sides playing well.
