If he was in control as that happened, could be a gymnast. At that speed, I doubt he would be able to deliberately control the actions of his legs to kick someone in the face.

he definately kicked out at the player, where it hit was pure luck... but the intent was there for sure!

No where near as bad as Jonas' Boon. But all reports Roberton is lucky to be walking again and is a true inspirational story that he was able to come a week later after recieving a hip and shoulder. Amazing stuff there ;)

Seriously, if Jonas got 3 weeks then McKernan need to get about 6 and Flectcher should have 3 or 4. But of course thats all stupid. Fletcher getting 2 is probably as expected in todays environment.

And the fact he only needs 1 more game to break the record, lucky he was only given 2 when there are 3 matches left

Fletch was offered 3 but took the early plee of 2 weeks.
The WC medical staff probably saved him another game aswell by saying there was minimal head contact and most of the force was on his shoulder.

And the clincher - Bartel offered a week for standing still and watching Rory Laird run into his leg. WTF else was he supposed to do????? Seriously I'm that close to giving this game away to watch the lawn bowls on Channel 2....so frustrating!!!

You wouldn't say that if you played lawn bowls mate. It's more brutal behind the scenes than footy

At the ground I said it could be anything from no weeks to 6 depending on the contact made. Lets face it, none of us know what the MRP is going to hand down.

It strikes another blow to the bump in our game. Tape was so completely unaware of his surroundings it made the impact even greater, the kid had no idea he was in the firing line. Hartlett applies a perfect shepherd and gets 3 weeks.....(2).

I dunno...

Just glad the two nuffies behind me at the pub aren't on the MRP.

Or Hamish would've got life!

Actually, now that I think about it, given how arse about face it's been this year, maybe they are on the MRP.

Great bump/sheperd.

Reakon Port will be relatively happy to cop two weeks...

I think it is now. I saw Richard Douglas run up to a Bulldogs player yesterday and say "Boo!"

That might just be Richard Douglas though.
