There has been worse players then him for port.
Jake Neade 2 kicks, 2 handballs.
Gray 3 kicks, 3 handballs
Carlile.

Not really a night for talls.

None have that nickname though. Should have given it too wingard.

P. S. Perfect night for talls. Dry and not a zephyr of breeze.

87% humidity not a good night for falls, which was clearly shown by how slippery the ball was

even more crazy the amount of times he just hits it and it falls into a dogs player lap. either they have a very good understanding of each other or they are very lucky.

I was at the game what an event. Gold Coast took it to the cats and pushed them for three quarters. The Cats lifted in the last to get over the line. Ablett's goal in the last the whole crowd cheered that one. The Gold Coast forced Geelong into making errors and they were great on the rebound. That side will be up there in a few years providing they hold onto talent. I was proud the cats got the win and put in a decent effort for three quarters and the cats of old in the last.

as I stated or posted, the first 5 games should have been won as they were average to poor teams, with GWS,GC and melb in those, plus a showdown which is really anyones game in any year, but I was shouted down and told port would play in the finals and be basically a top 2 side.........hmmmm ;)

our first 5 should of been won? a showdown which is anyones game? and no mention of at the time a flag favourite west coast? So in other words what your saying is 3 of our first 5 where a definite win and 1 was a 50/50 and the other one was lucky.

At the end of the day all we can do is improve on last year. I don't expect them to make finals this year, we still have a lot of learning and growing to do. I'd also like to see the quote where you where shouted down that port would play finals and finish top 2.

Well he can't, because the clubs, who will decide if there are reserves teams in the sanfl or not, haven't even been given anything to vote on.

The worst thing is Hawthorn have missed at least four dead set sodas and they've missed plants of targets in general play. Should be at least 14 goals up.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!
