Might be a good time to get Thomas and Logan back into the side for a couple of weeks.

With Geelong the Bulldogs in Darwin, the bye and GWS to come it might be a good time to give a couple of young lads a week or two off. Neade and O'Shea were poor yesterday, along with Stevenson ( and a few others )

Why Westhoff wasn't moved to Kruezer yesterday and have Lobbe/Redden as the loose man/tall forward option I dont know. Redden came back in last week after kicking goals for the Eagles in the SANFL, Hinkley even mentioned his goal kicking form as part of the reason for his recall.

Lobbe ruck, Redden forward/ruck and Westhoff back. Missing Trengove more than I would have first thought.

Schulz is a worry, he was all over looking for a kick yesterday. No Mercy is a pretty good judge of how a full forward should move I reakon.

On the radio today they were saying Port have dropped out of form. Not sure playing the tops teams is a reason for a form slump just shows that they were in better form than the worst 3 sides in the comp. Will see how good there “form” is next week against the dogs.

Watching gameday this morning and noticed the poor crowd there yesterday, looks less than 20k.
Tad disappointing with weather ok yesterday and a decent opponent visiting.
Is it the Saturday arvo local footy time slot or are the locals jumping off already?

always been one of our worse times to play. no doubt a few have dropped off due to recent form but that happens to every team.

thats why i said 3 not 5. Was thinking of GWS, Melbourne and Gold Coast although Gold Coast are looking much better.

A bit over 21,000 while amateur footy is on....about what I expected. Geelong don't have a massive following here...if they do, they weren't there on saturday.

I was at the game and i reckon we had more supporters than Port. Disgraceful attendance. maybe they knew it was going to be a pasting and decided to stay home?
So you've seen everything have you?

Might have looked that way, but only one group had anything to make noise about.

I thought they would have huge bandwagon support. Saturday arvo is a poor time though.

All are welcome. Never understood distaste for bandwagon supporters. Any team that wins a lot is going to get extra support and vice versa.

Will you beat the Dogs though Booney? I reckon you might. A bit too much emotion in the Doggies win over the Saints that's not a good sign IMO.

I think we will. We've just come off Richmond,Carlton, North Melbourne and Geelong. They are all better than Port and much, much better than the Bulldogs.

Port like Darwin and we'll have TSG there "rooting" for us on the sidelines. ;)
