It's very disappointing to see both OKC and the Spurs struggling in the semis while Miami are hammering Chicago in the East. Nice to see Golden state and Memphis going well I guess, but I wanted to see the best taking on the best and it feels like the two best sides in the West have hit the wall a little. Fingers crossed they make it a contest here on in, but more importantly whoever faces off in the conference finals and NBA finals are really up and about and able to give Miami a fight.

Tim Duncan now complaining about refereeing, saying Bogut is getting way with a lot. I don't mind a mention, it often gets the refs to look closer. Just really hope that Duncan makes sure he doesn't mention it again. Tim Duncan is the LAST bloke I'd like to see going out old, slow and whinging.

Yep definately playing selfish basketball.
JR is in terrible form.
Melo has been carrying the side all year but he is struggling with injury.
Pacers are clearly a better side than us

For all the talk about NY and their shooting, playing selfish etc the biggest factor I can see is conceding a clear advantage in the rebounds. You can win basketball games with a 5% lower shooting percentage but rarely do you win if you're giving up 10+ rebound differentials.

This from a team with some serious inside rebounding mostly led by Chandler.

JR has spent most of the playoffs in the clubs so no surprise he's struggling.

Chandler is playing injured.
His neck injury is giving him more grief than what the club is letting on IMO.
He had a bit over a month off just before the playoffs and hasnt gotten back into any form at all.

Melo has played absolutely perfect offence from the Pacers point of view for most of this series.
All those possessions where no one else touches the ball except him before he takes a long contested two,
just bailing the Pacers already incredible defence out.

He also plays perfect defence for the Pacers too, in that he doesn't play it at all. Ever.

Dont disagree with any of that.
Think he is trying to compensate for how poor Smith and others have been this series but it isnt working.
We will be eliminated next game so will have a bit of time to go through the roster with the broom.
This will be the last season for awhile where we are a top 3-4 side, massive slide coming up next season

Boozer 13 rebounds (8 offensive) 26 points almost single handedly keeping Chicago alive. To think there are plenty who want to ship him out every year. Still looks like it won't be enough, but this is the sort of fight you expect from a side that made the playoffs easily, even missing a couple of blokes against the top seed.
