Arsenal went ahead after RVP turned the ball over in midfield and some slick play by Arsenal saw Walcott score after 90 seconds. Plenty of yellows dished out in the first half and both sides created a few chances before Sagna brought down RVP in the box on the stroke of HT. RVP rammed home the penalty to make it 1-1
Fairly ordinary second half saw few genuine chances so a draw was probably fair enough

rvpussy coped a lot of abuse last night, and was ready to give the crowd the finger when he scored.surely to shit he knew he would get that on return. fans have paid their money, and have every right to say what they want bar being racsist.

on arsenals performance. We looked miles ahead for most of the game there, we looked like champions, maybe mancs dropped off a bit, not sure. Why The F cant we play like that all year round. Maybe a sign of things to come i hope :D

Arsenal were good last night, dominated the first 60-65 minutes and then I thought we were the better side over the last 25-30 minutes.
Arsenal usually do have a fair crack against us and the whole RVP saga made it a little spicier.
No doubt our form has dropped off this last month and a bit, the title was stitched up months ago in reality and we have had not much to play for since where as Arsenal still have the all important CL to play for.
Interesting listening to Fergie during the week and he said he had never ever seen the side as gutted as they were after losing to Madrid in the CL, reckons they were more upset than losing the league on the final day last season. Since that loss we were bundled out of the FA cup and in the 6 EPL games since have dropped 7 points after only having dropped 13 points from our first 29 games this season.

FT
Spurs 1-0 Soton

Now only 1 point between the 3 London clubs, only 2 of them can qualify for the CL.

Arsenal up to 3rd and in the box seat now
Massive game on Wednesday, Chavs v Spurs in the postponed fixture.
Id still favour Arsenal and the Chavs to grab the CL spots and Spurs to miss which would probably be the end of monkey man in the EPL

Gifted the Chavs a late own goal. Better side won, we never looked like winning. Looked totally disinterested from the opening whistle, its pretty clear the guys have no interest in the remainder of the season.
Id be resting the lot of them and playing our youth squad for the last away game. Let the A team play in the last game at home to collect their medals
