I am sure that Collins' players were sayng naughty things to the Norwood players throughout the game, what's the difference? Bass, you're doing a pretty good job of coaching Norwood at the moment, stick to that.
What about Chris Gowan's sooky at the umpires after last year's semi-final just because they didn't give him an armchair ride during the game and his team lost by 14 goals.
What a totally irrelevant post.
Sometimes I think SOME Norwood supporters are sore because they thought that, once Port entered the AFL, Norwood would finally get a chance to become a dominant force. SORRY WE STOLE YOUR ONE CHANCE AT A DYNASTY!

Collins was asking the Norwood players where he could buy some doughnuts for a half time snack. They said none here maybe try Elizabeth as they have plenty right now!

Agree with you Centurion the Gowans reference is irrelevant.
Don't agree about being a sook. No coach has the right to speak to let alone abuse opposition players and Bass did the right thing by stepping in to stop what could be been a situation that got out of hand.
Collins is a raving fool who has achieved NOTHING as a coach and the sooner he goes back home to Victoria the happier most SANFL supporters will be including most West Adelaide supporters. Not a half bad player in his day but as a coach nowhere near the mark.

Well Glenelg have lovely clubrooms but no TSH trophy for 27 years.
I know what I would rather have.
5 years ago we chose to build a pokie parlour producing massive income 365 days a year. Oh I wonder if that decision was right ????

Get the floater van back on the Parade and stick the trophies in there.
As a bonus, the floater record can be inscribed on the back of the TSH cup.
Win, win all round ...

Re: Round 5 Norwood V West Adelaide Post match
What a great game . Full credit to west early , their first half pressure was good . After bassett sorted fanta pants out at half time we got cracking . That third quarter was top shelf .I was impressed with evans he's a class act and to think he was playing reserves for sturt just shows were their at . The crowd was good with great atmosphere . WELL DONE LEGS.
