lol, as i said, semantics. sure they dont own them, but are they referred to as the "factory" teams? just like HRT are referred to as the "factory" holden team? despite not being owned by the factories, they are, for all intents and purposes, factory teams.

i do read posts, and i know what was intended, and the intent is actually correct. you on the other hand dont read posts, i have asked a couple of times in the other thread why ford dropped sponsorship of the other ford teams if, as you state, the only reason they dropped 888 was because they were red, and yet i still havent gotten an answer. so why did they stop sponsoring the other ford teams?

it seems to me that as you are losing the argument you have started picking on small holes in others posts to discredit the rest of the argument, and that makes me laugh

So you can read? his intent was to try and make a point and argue with me and I simply shut him down with the info that FORD DO NOT OWN FPR. All Ford do is give them money that's it. And if you had actually kept on reading HH3 and said sorry for making the mistake that Ford don't own FPR. So he's accepted that he was wrong, so whats your problem?

I am sorry I missed your question about why ford dropped all there sponsorship from the other teams. Also you only asked once not a couple of times. But as far as I know Ford haven't given a reason publicly why they dropped the other teams. If you want i'm sure you know how to use google and find out. But if I had to guess then I would say it's because Ford Australia are stuffed and have money problems. They couldn't keep pumping money into a sport when the return isn't there.
