Re: NBA
Knicks were trailing the Cavs by 22 when Melo went down with a knee injury but Amare stood up and got us over the line.
Not sure how serious Melo's injury is yet

Just knee soreness apparantly, should only miss 1 or 2.
He has had slight pain for a week or so and asked Woodson if he could sit out the Cavs game but Woodson played him anyway, looked quite nasty when he fell over on it, just seemed to give way

Re: NBA
Woodson is a idiot.
he says in the article how melo asked to come out coz his knee is sore
he is your best playter, you dont risk that shit
if he did an ACL and is out for a year Woodson would have a lot of splaining to do.
also few people un happy it would seem with Ibaka only getting a $25,000 fine for his hit to the nuts of griffin, when wade got 1 game and 250,000 or something similar?

Griffin certainly seems unhappy! Said that maybe the fact that OKC are playing in a nationally televised broadcast tonight v Lakers, that he escaped a ban.
$tern - up to his usual tricks??

Re: NBA
Watching the melo video. He looked like he just tripped over himself rather than a knee buckling.

Re: NBA
After nearly blowing a 20 point lead . Miami trailing by 1 with 20 secs remaining on Orlando possession . D Wade blocks the attempted dunk and Lebron gets it done penetrating with the left hand lay up to win here 16th straight

Re: NBA
What a choke by the Pelicans, led the Lakers by 14 with 6 minutes remaining and then were held scoreless for the remainder as LA went on a 20-0 run to close it out.
NO scored a whopping 9 points in the final quarter

Re: NBA
Knicks were solid today without being outstanding, in Melo's absence Amare stepped up and played well, still limited to around 30 minutes a game but definately looking a lot fitter and sharper. Need to keep winning to stay with the Pacers and ahead of the chasing pack

Re: NBA
Knicks drop a thriller to the Thunder, poor shooting again let us down. JR had a big game but missed the winner on the buzzer. Would be nice to get some of the calls OKC get, lot of 50/50's went there way today.
Unfortunately close enough aint good enough even if Melo was missing

Yeah, still didnt matter though. He may aswell only shot 20 because he missed the one that mattered.
We are terrible shooters, we constantly are around 30-40% as a team which wont win you many.
Must beat Utah at home in our next start, we then head off on a 5 game Western road trip and I cant see us winning more than 1 or 2 of those at best
