Reading all the comments on the article about Soundwave.

Theres heaps of idiots whinging about how loud it was, and how traffic was backed up and they were late for work. Get the **** over it. Its one day!

The ones that I really enjoyed were the oldies saying that the "kids" these days are wasting their Dole money on "music" and drugs, yadda yadda.

Some people are so disjointed from society its ridiculous.

Clipsal was also held at a venue over 10x as big as Bonython Park. It was at capacity. There were heaps of people that missed out on Soundwave because it was sold out.

Adelaide Joins the Sold Out party!

Thank you South Australia! You are the latest State to join Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria in hanging out the Sold Out signs. Perth is not far behind as well!

Can't win in this state .. People bitch and moan about how there's nothing to do here, then we have the Fringe, Soundwave, Clipsal, Clipsal Concerts, Adelaide United all on a weekend and people start complaining about traffic, noise, smoke, young people drinking blaa blaa blaa.

Im getting a bit too old for something like Soundwave (although would have loved the music) and I've never been interested in Clipsal, but I would have been when I was younger so I reckon it's great there's still events for the young bucks to get out and socialise at, but of course the nay sayers always have to pipe up.

Yeah they all think people that go to these things are riff raff and scallywag scumbags, but everyone there was really well behaved. I didnt see one push and shove, no fighting or arguing among people. For the amount of alcohol (and other stimulants) consumed there, it was a really well behaved crowd.

It really feels like they're just asking us young'ns to steal their garden gnomes from their front yards
