Dunno, from what I saw at the schutzenfest their body shape has gone even more backwards (or should I say outwards)! Hard to believe I know!
And judging by how far and easily that streaker got in the BBL I'm imagining their speed hasn't improved.
They've been in good paddocks over the summer!

I think this Thread has ended up with crossed purposes. Some are predicting Ladder position, some ranking improvement (or not?).

Perhaps some commentary on why teams will improve (or not?) would prove helpful?

For example, more than simply playing stocks, I feel a change in coaching structure will benefit Port Adelaide no end.

On the other hand I sense the Collins era combined with a LOT of Outs and not many Ins will send Westies tumbling.
