agreed... i shared that pic on facebook, all the crow supporters are firing up..
Mate you could of chased Franklin for that much coin. I just dont understand how you guys think he is worth that coin.
i don't recall myself or any other swan supporter saying he was worth the coin he's getting.. I'm still baffled how he's worth the $$$ he's on. i just enjoy sterring the crow supporters... they are a little sensitive at the moment
Thing is for the Swans though is that on that money he has to be at least in your top 3 players once settled for it to be a good gamble, a player like Franklin would be that. The Crows paid him ridiculous money before and would have done again had he wanted to stay and he currently wouldnt have been in their top 10. Its all done now and he may be a massive pick up for the Swans and could possibly see him with a premiership medal in the next two years.

Re: Kurt Tippett's playing future?
Why would Tippett say he needs to earn the trust of his new team mates?
Guilty conscience maybe?
Geez i really hope he puts another 70 odd year curse on the Swans

I just hope for Sydney's sake that kurt doesn't get homesick and move to Fremantle...

If he does, Sydney will get a first round pick out of it.

Re: Kurt Tippett's playing future?
Thought he spoke alright today, and didn't dump on the Crows which he could have.
When he initially flagged his move to the Swans, he perhaps hadn't gone the best way about it, but that appears to be his biggest crime, wanting to play for someone else and live somewhere else. There are people in society making that latter decision everyday. Considering he copped perhaps the biggest whack of all parties, I kinda feel like he's more than done his time and should just be left to play footy now. The quicker the Crows and supporters get over it, the quicker their eye's will be back on the prize.

Well said, I am actually glad he wont be there when the crows play Sydney, I have never been into booing players, I think that it is dumb and childish and that is all that there would be when he plays here. Stupid thing is there would be a heap of crows supporters that will go two weeks later and watch him front up against Port and still boo. I was bitter he left like he did, but, you offer me that much of an increase at my job and I would be off too!

I would think some port people might lead the charge. Booney would be a booer.

If the Adelaide Football Club aren't professional enough to get over the situation by round 1 let alone round 10 then they will finish stone cold last. The media run with the all things and feed the general nuffs in the public. Crows will be fine. Still I am disappointed in the Adelaide board and I'm beyond belief that Trigg kept his job from an outside point of view.....

the media won't need to do anything to get people riled up for when Tippett plays against the Crows, there are a lot of very bitter Crow supporters around
I'm gonna break my rusty cage and run

As a neutral AFL supporter I have always loved the way KT goes about his footy I hope he goes well at the Swans...
