Tend to agree, however, LBJ still has many years ahead of him and we don't know what he'll do in that time .. And a fair whack of Jordan's legend was his clutch and big money plays, at the biggest of times - That alone puts him ahead for me.
Jordan still ahead for me. LeBron I always saw as the only one with a chance to surpass him, but he's not there yet. LeBron I think is the better defender. Jordan was good at getting in passing lanes, but LeBron is just as good, a better shot blocker and more versatile defender. LeBron clearly the better passer and rebounder, but his shooting is a couple of notches away from Jordan. A lot of those clutch shots that made Jordan famous came when he was a fair bit older, if LeBron can improve his shooting, we might see a more serious debate.
One thing LeBron will never have though is the overall impact Jordan did. LA might have had the showtime Lakers throughout the 80s, but MJ made the NBA the showpiece it is.
