Heard South's will lose plenty of players from this year. Some to other country leagues, but also heard a few to Norths and Roopena.

Big rumour going around in Whyalla at the moment is that Daniel Sims will play for North Whyalla in Season 2013 !!!

I suspect it would be Gavin Jonker. He has played all his footy at South's from U/10 to A grade. I thought i read he was A grade Captain at one point and would probably be close to a 200 gamer for South's. If he's leaving then South's must be going as badly off the field as they are on.

.... A Whyalla player has been recruited to Crystal Brook this year. He's from I think North Whyalla?? but I didnt get a name.

Checked Seymour out in Sporting Pulse, 20 games 10 times in best players so would appear to go OK!

Used to when I played in the WFL.
Mainly played forward flank/wing but was a pretty agile lad, good skills. Think he'd be 26 or so now.

What's all the talk in Whyalla?
Sounds like a few Whyalla players are going to the Northern Areas this season. Any players coming over to the SGL (or going the other way)? Is Appleton still looking to play at West Augusta?
