Actual interview transcript from Kobe:

Reporter: Kobe, a college kid scored 138 points tonight and took over 100 shots …
Bryant: “Wow … No kidding? Where?”
Reporter: Grinnell College in Iowa.
Bryant: “Really? Wow. That’s impressive. That’s crazy. I don’t care what level you’re at. Scoring 138 points is pretty insane. How many 3s did he shoot?”
Reporter: 71.
Bryant: “Holy sh–. How many points did they score as a team?”
Reporter: 179.
Bryant: “What?!”
Reporter: No other starter had double figures.
Bryant: “That’s incredible.”
Reporter: Dude on the other team scored 71 points and lost.
Bryant: “That’s amazing. He must have been wearing the Mambas, man. Only Mambas have no conscious to shoot the ball like that
Reporter: If you did that, would people be celebrating you?
Bryant: “Would people be celebrating me if I scored 138 points? You know how it is, some people would, some people wouldn’t. They can all kiss my a– as I’m sure he feels the same way. If you score 138 points, you kind of have a license to tell people to f— off.”

I still don't agree with it.

I liked his quote about the shoes haha

It is pretty disgraceful, his team mates must hate it. Two guys on the other team combined for 31 turnovers because the team with the 138 kid on it employ a full court press after every single basket.

He also said "it felt like everything I threw up went in" yeah good one matey.

Kings absolutely torched the Lakers in the second half. Dwight to ask for a trade soon due to lack of shots.

Watching the replay of the Clips and OKC now that I recorded a d god I like Jamal Crawford, he can really ball! Once Clips get Grant Hill and Caron Butler and Billups back their depth will be actually pretty scary..

What a leader Paul is.. I actually quite like the clips

Clippers have amazing depth, no doubt.

How come NBA is played on every other day during the season (even Xmas day with blockbusters like OKC v Miami, Boston v Brooklyn, NYC v LA scheduled) but not on Thanksgiving?!? :?

Lucky I have cricket to keep my mind off of working!

The Warriors seem to be a legit basketball team this year  .
Would be good to get Bogut to play a bit more.
7-5 decent start to the season, hopefully they can make the playoffs

Hawks going along nicely, beating the Clips at home and now get a nice 4 day break.

Miami came back to beat Cleveland at the death.(I knew that would happen though)

Wizards have fogotten how to win, losing in double OT to the Cats.

Good road wins for the Thunder,Lakers and Bulls.

Knicks beat the Pistons 121-100, even had the luxury of resting Melo for a fair part.
Big game tomorrow against the Nets, with both teams flying the New York media are feasting on it.

Sixers get up 104-101 at home unconvincingly against Phoenix.

Jrue Holiday outstanding with 33 pts and 13 assists for Philly.
