We have nothing going on offense at the moment, they are all over us yet managing to score easily at the other end.

Hinrich had a 5 second violation called against him earlier and I've never seen that before. The commentators said it was the "Barkley rule" and haven't seen it since the 90s that's how well we are going at the moment.

Need to run some ball through Boozer had 2 free throws and no field goal attempts through the whole fourth quarter even though he has been out best scorer today

Rip doing well here in OT.

Scola fouled out which is handy.

Two amazing baskets by Noah. His jumper is not bad now, looks wrong but he is hitting them.

Meanwhile the man who we should have kept instead of the belineli is 5/5 against Golden State.

Very handy. 7 point lead with 2 to go. Surely we can close now.

Apparently 5 mill was too much for Hot Sauce. Belinelli offers nothing.

Noah missed both FTs but surely we are still safe.

Well we got there in the end, great OT period but helped with no Scola.

What is it with games in Phoenix, we had a triple OT win there a couple of years back.

We need him this year offensively. I know we are saving cash but could have traded him next year when we are actually making a play at someone.

Yes that didn't do my heart any good. Noah and Boozer very good though. Glad we got the W.

Huh?

You come on spruiking about the wolves "nearly" beating the bobcats? Gee well done.

And for the record it was a very good win by Memphis

Hahaha did you see our starting 5? If the bobcats didn't win they should have folded the franchise. Let me gess you go for the heat? Lakers? Jump on a front runner... Love it.

Not a great deal difference from your starting five in other games where you've beaten good teams.

Boozer is a little maligned for his defense, but the guy can seriously play at the offensive end. Chicago will make the playoffs if they let him go up against the power forwards in the low post. Noah will always get his own good ball with his rebounding and outside shooters should be able to find space with a dominant presence in the low post. If Chicago try to play the same style they would with Rose there they will really struggle to go .500 and make playoffs, the other cattle just can't do it.

One of the reasons why we struggled on offense in the fourth quarter yesterday was because we didn't get the ball to Boozer. He hardly touched the ball during our bad run, Nate Robinson was very good but really needed to find Carlos more often.

Also this is what Hinrich was penalised for yesterday.

Five-second back to the basket violation

A player in the frontcourt, below the free throw line extended, is not permitted to dribble the ball with his back or side to the basket for more than five seconds.[6] A count ends when:[6]
Player picks up his dribbling
Player dribbles above the free throw line extended
The defense deflects the ball
This is an NBA only rule. It is often referred to as the "Mark Jackson Rule".

Just showed how bad we were going when we get penalised for that, I've never seen it before and the commentators hadn't seen it since the 90s. They referred to it as the "Charles Barkley rule".

Some exciting NBA matchups today for the two NYC teams.

Celtics v Nets
Knicks v Spurs

Will give us a better gauge of where these two teams really sit!

I think the Nets and Spurs will win those games.

Big game for Brooklyn, the best team they have beaten so far is the Magic and they are no good at all. Spurs should be too strong at home too I feel, the Knicks haven't really faced anyone like this yet, they did beat the Heat but they have been shaky on the road so far.

Big challenge for the Knicks, Spurs are a very good side. We will definately find out where we are at.
Disappointed that there are only 3 games today yet its not on TV, luckily have got game pass.
If Rondo's ankle injury keeps him out today the Nets will smack the Celtics, they lack creativity without him
