Yeah from what I remember Cartlon beat the Pies twice. Only top 4 team the crows beat was Sydney when Goodes got injured when he was in beast mode.

We certainly showed more fight against the Hawks than the Crows.

Yep Cartlon were carp this year. I will be the first to admit that. Did Callinan get a kick in the finals? I think Eddie Betts had the same amount as him.

You owe them one for taking Kepler Bradley off your hands ;)

But they gave us McPhee for a few years before we sent him back ;)

With Dawes and Gumby being sought by the Dees, any chance of Gumby finishing up at Carlton? I think Dawes will go to melbourne because of his link to Neeld.

I've heard that Malthouse said he doesn't want to trade (strange, given our situation) but surely one of these two would bolster our club, given our window of opportunity is NOW.

Good clubs dont bottom out

How many clubs havent 'bottomed out' since the AFL's inception!!!!

I would say West Coast is a pretty handy club and they have finished bottom 4

Good clubs don't bottom out is a hilarious statement. As mentioned if WCE can finish bottom then anyone can.

Bottomed out to me means you spend 3-4 years in the bottom 4, any club can finish bottom 4 with injuries playing a huge roll these days.

WCE is a ridiculous example cause look how quick they rebounded?

Good list management is the key.

Pretty confident Gumby will remain at Essendon.
