I doubt it, he would of sucked them dry. I think Lynch would of been the pies back up plan if Cloke left. They have no use for him, they already have a dud ruck/ forward in Dawes.

Easily our most consistent player in a terrible year. Brock Mclean would of gone close I think, missed heaps of games too.

Think Brock was 4th, behind scotland, betts and Judd.

Postby the joker » Fri Nov 09, 2012 8:52 am

Carro said on 5aa last night that the AFL are building a case against Carlton for tanking as well. And micks first year in charge he may lose draft picks.

Lol nothing will come of this. After what has happened with melb Carlton would have spent the last month covering its tracks.

Reimers would only be a depth player for carlon at best. They need to start developing Mitchell and Casibolt.

Chris Judd's third party arrangement from VISY will now have to be included in the salary cap for this season.
Rumoured to be getting $250k/year from VISY.
This will tighten up their spending a bit, they wont have the cap room to move they had budgeted for

Unless they can prove that Carlton had involvement in it how can they ask that though? The Crows issue there is proof it has been done. All clubs would have some sort of third party deal going but if it is not officially linked what can they do about it really? Surely they can't stop a player doing something other than playing for his money? I know this one probably was organised through the club somehow but they would have to prove it I would have thought?
