Who are Carlton's key defensive options now that they have axed a few defenders?

Henderson perhaps..who else do they have?

I know it's personal choice but my opinion is that attitude is piss weak. Those who don't want to be a member anymore based on this appointment will be more than covered by the appointment if you get my drift.
It's a business, get over it, move on and keep supporting the club and their decisions is my belief. Of course everyone is allowed to have their own opinion.

They'd probably be the first to get a premiership tshirt if Carlton win the flag

I was going to say that also. Totally agree. Annoys me in a big way. Fickle supporters we don't need but I know all teams have them.

I keep supporting my club but I have a real problem with the club paying coaches (and now assistants out) because of what seems to be internal bickering about our direction. My comment was not aimed at Malthouse, it was aimed at giving a club money when that money indirectly goes toward funding payouts of their mistakes.

May backfire in a massive way for the woods.
To be honest I'm just really looking forward to an increased focus on the biggest rivalry in the game in Carlton v Collingwood. Even more so if Cloke defects

Problem is, if we have a year without injuries we may finish top 6 again. Will that be down to Malthouses coaching?

He's already said something to the effect that 'we're 10th, so we need a lot of work, we have deficiencies'. Reading into that "if we make top 6 next year, it'll be all my good work". Everyone knows if we play to our ability all year next year, we're top 6 material even with me at the helm.

If you sacked ratten & he had the record of John Coleman like Melbourne in the 50's I can understand people's dislike. When was the last time in modern society a coach was sacked when they would have won a ballot to coach the club if it was up to all their paid up fans?
Can you bring a man to his feet when defeat is on repeat?
