As a full blooded initiated Walpiri man that ain't ever going to happen - separate his family life from his footy life.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

I think Port should look to pick him up! Would add an extra dimension to the forward line and take some focus/pressure off Schultz. Also Jurrah has that "X-Factor" where he can create some black magic :D

They might even draw a crowd with someone that has a bit of excitement about the way they play the game

Port are more interested in him than Adelaide.

Adelaide says it has little interest in drafting Jurrah, while Port says it will be in touch with his manager to discuss the situation. "At this point we have had only limited contact with Liam’s management, but we think he is a very talented player," said football manager Peter Rhode.

"He is working through some complicated issues which we are keen to better understand before making any decision regarding our interest in bringing him to Port Adelaide."

Still have to get the ball down forward to him
A good start would be to kick it forward instead of backwards
I see Cornes reckons Ports best is really good and is now backing Buddha
Must want another extension to his contract

So Peter Rhodes comments mean they are willing to learn his situation....... Converted to a non bs statement; "we have been talking to his management for weeks, we want to draft him and we know his situation inside out otherwise we wouldn't make such a positive comment in public about a bloke who from an outsiders point of view currently looks mentally unstable....... Hey we're trying".

Maybe worth a rookie spot with a conditional contract and minimal salary to see if he can get things sorted out and focus on football.
Otherwise forget it.

Would a SANFL side pick him up?

who would be silly enough to sign him, for say, a two year contract and then in March discover that he is off for a holiday to Chateau Yatala?

Seems typical of Port Adelaide at the moment, why would you even consider him until his legal issues are sorted out?
