Gaelic Football in South Australia

As MG pointed out, I'm coaching the girls at the Australasian Championships in Perth this year.

We are looking to get business' on board to help us cover the cost of sending a team to the Championships, with around 95% of the weeks costs coming out of the players pockets. It would be great if you or your business (or know of any business that) would come on board in assisting us.

Basically business' will recieve
- The opportunity for sponsorship space on our playing kit (3 spots awarded, via a raffle $100 per ticket)
- We have a packages for your sponsorship to be garuanteed on our shirts/jackets or bag.
- Have there logo placed on a banner for the length of the Gaelic football season at St Mary's (home to the GFHASA, Kenilworth FC & AFL 9 comps) that opporate at the facility during the season.

should ask that russel hart character on the WOW fm foot show. he gets paid big $$$$ to coach at Kensington baseball. Also WW could confirm he is in business with a red light????

Perth 2012 just around the corner for the State teams. As usual there have been issues and a littel controversy before the first ball's even been thrown up. However, Minors will be well and truly competitive, Men having issues with visa rule??????? and Women struggling for numbers but going to have a crack anyway. As usual the GFHSA will be represented with fierce pride.

No doubt those no attending the Games are preparing for season 12/13. I know a couple of teams are about to "train" and are no doubt planning a raid on the HC and the Onkas boys. Any goss?

The 18 that are attending are of quality tho & should do SA proud. Numbers are starting to pick up at trainings & the girls are starting to put together some solid structures which should hopeully give the team every chance of being very competitive during the week.

I've heard

5 in mens - unsure what teams, WA, SA, Queensland... Vic? NSW? Auckland? Hutt? Tasmania?

5 in womens - Pretty sure it's WA, SA, Queensland, NSW and word is possibly Victoria or a second WA team.

4 in minors - WA, SA, Victoria... NSW? Second WA team? Pretty sure Queensland dropped out causing some of the problems.

Taking a while because WAGHA seem not to be greatly organised.

When do we anticipate information will be available on season 2012-2013? With the exception of Friday's Quiz Night there does not appear to be any fresh information on the website.
