*his win/loss record is 8% below the club average with a pretty good side.
*he has had top draft picks coming from his a***
*clearly shown there is no plan b, collingwood got raped by injury too but still remain likely top 4.
Seems like a great bloke don't get me wrong. He's not even that bad of a coach but when you're a club of Carlton's history you don't put up with mediocrity, you demand the best otherwise you become another Richmond.....

Took 10 years to win a flag at a club that has all the money and facilties you could wish for aswell as getting great draws.
Personall id chase Roos very hard, make him an offer he cant refuse

BULLSHIT! Carlton thinks they demand success.
The rest of the AFL couldn't give a flying **** what Carlton thinks.
Carlton will NEVER be a force when they keep running the club like a VFL war horse.
They need to harden the **** up, work smarter, get the best available, a new President & Board, be pro-active in trade week and piss off pea hearts, and restore pride to the ol' dark Navy Blue.

Agree with need to dispense with those with a pea heart.

Mate the Lions had everything. 3 flags in a row and 4 gf's after 2000 is nothing short of phenomenal. Got the most of their talent.
