Was at tonights game, classic case of a team thinking it would just happen and a GC outift who were up and about for the contest, it doesnt take much at this level.
What I picked up was Carlton played the wings and pockets all night, never tried to come down the corridor, happy to play safe footy even in the last few minutes.
A few times when they did have the ball at CHF they kicked to leads in the pockets instead of hitting the hot spot, probably explains their poor accuracy also.
Great to be there to see GCS's biggest win
As we were walking out a Carlton fan threw his scarfe to our friends son, said he didnt need it anymore.
