Bollocks. Really nothing in that tackle IMO. Far from a sling.

would have only got one if it wasn't for the mullet ... the AFL might as well just formalise the no tackling rule like the juniors.

Adrian Anderson ... WADH.

Well, what do we think will happen after yesterday? Has 90 carry over points, so won't be there next week at least. Will probably get 1 week for the head-high bump early in the game.
The Morris one is an interesting one. Tex did dump him, no arguement, but Morris was already in the air and momentum was turning him anyway. The umpire had paid a free kick, so (IMO)at that point the game is dead, so the dump did not happen during game time. And the umpire did not overturn the decision, and he was standing right on the spot. A good lawyer should get him off anything the MRP pull out of this incident.

Not that it will make a difference really but I heard today he only has 39 carry over points?

Honestly as much as I think he is great it was a dumb tackle and he will get games for it. I would be happy with two as we have port and GWS and should win these with or without him, but I wouldn't be surprised if they give him more, I know Morris got up but it could have ended up a heap worse if he had hit his head. He needs to work on his technique, he is too good to miss games for dumb things.

Stupid tackle. Why did he have to lift him?

I agree, for all his football talent he does seem to be a bit "thick".
He seems to take a while to learn new skills and then overdoes them.
Whether or not the policy should be as it is, it is as it is, and smart players adapt accordingly.
