You f.....g beauty !!! The only thing that makes this any sweeter is planning to go over next season and finding out today from a friend someone he knows is close friends with mark Cuban the owner of Dallas and he can tee up front row tickets and meet players... Couldn't be more stoked for the heat boys !!!!

What an emphatic result. I thought Miami would win it today, but I never expected such a demolition that Miami could start celebrating before the third period ended. What is most amazing is those players I had questioned all season stood up so well. Miller 7-8 from 3! Chalmers and Battier scoring, rebounding and passing. Haslem was hardly even required playing just 10 minutes. Miami went over 50% from the field, better from 3 and over 80% from the line on 33 trips. James put in a sensational game. Possibly the best close out finals game since Duncan's amazing near quadruple double a few years back. Scary to wonder whether he has just suddenly figured out how to make his team mates better in the last couple of games.

No doubt the critics have been proven wrong to an extent. The only remaining question is whether the Heat start to win a few titles (with the talent there they should) or if this is a once off.

I'd love to see a lot of changes to the all star weekend. I personally think most dunks are pretty boring. The players aren't able to take any really serious risks because if they just twist their ankle it could mean being out for a few games for nothing. The game itself should be NBA players only, as is, but the 3 point contest, dunk contest and skills challenge should be opened up to other guys as well. Maybe have a few tryouts for people to showcase themselves and then let's see them up against the NBA guys on the weekend. Would add heaps of interest and make the competitions themselves better IMHO.

love this idea. imagine Durant having a 3point shootout with some random white boy from Albuquerque that has shot 82% throughout the knockout trials!

Austin Rivers and Anthony Davis, not bad for the Hornets!

Massively deep draft this year if Rivers dropped to number 10.
