10 of the 15 now, hes stepping up while durant on bench

westbrook 1/7

neds to realise he is not the man on this team, he needs to be gettin more assists.

if they did trade anyone id trade him.

still expect okc to win this tho, durant is too good, hes like the nic nat of the nba, as in he can play tall and small, so athletic

FINAL
MIAMI 100-96 OKC

- LBJ scored his second straight Finals career high with 32pts (10/22FG and 12/12FT). Didn't have a great fourth quarter with a couple of forced passes and an ill advised three attempt, but hit a bit shot to go up 96-91 with the clock running down and two FTs with 7.1 seconds left
- Wade scored 24 points and took the ball to the basket more
- Bosh was back in the starting line up and scored 16pts and grabbed 15 boards
- Battier matched his Game 1 output with 17 points
- Durant scored 32 points, but had just 3 boards and 1 assist
- Harden bounced back from a tough game 1 with 21 points off the bench
- Russell Westbrook finished with 27 points, 8 boards and 7 assists, but shot 10/25FG, can the Thunder win when he takes the most shots???

Support cast (minus the Big 3)
Miami 28 points (10/21FG)
OKC 16 points (5/20FG)

This is turning out to be as good a series as we hoped. The on court battle between James and Durant (hopefully the first of many akin to Magic and Bird) and the sub plots with the offsiders and then the benches is fascinating. The question is will OKC be able to take a game in Miami? With Bosh now up and running, Wade hopefully here to stay it could come down to a nightly battle between James and Durant with the X factor being who (if any) of the support cast steps up and makes a meaningful contribution. Today Battier was ultimately the deciding factor.

Good solid win by Miami. The next game seems so important it's nearly feels like a game 7. OKC get home court back, they'll be tough. Miami go 3-1 up it's almost curtains. Durant and James surely both know that and we could see a titanic duel.

Hopefully OKC do take the next game, I want them to win but it also means the series is well and truly alive because I can not see the Heat losing from 3-1 up.

Harden needs to find some consistency if OKC are to get back into this series.

I started fearing for the Thunder when the Heat won Game 2 in OKC as it gives the Heat the chance to close out the series at home.

Realistically if the Thunder don't win the next game it's pretty much all over.

Hmm, 2-3-2 almost feels like home court is a disadvantage. How often do you see a finals series 1-1 after the first 2 games. After that things seem to settle down and home court really means something.

It does feel a little like Miami are starting to flex their muscles. If they lose this year questions will be asked, pressure will go up dramatically and players will get harder to pick up. Win and they relax, feel good about starting a dynasty and players chasing a championship will become easier to pick up.
