The Lakers scored enough to win, but really couldn't slow down Denver. Kobe scored a decent number of points but had stuff all assists. For someone who supposedly is a great creater and who handles the ball so much he should be getting close to double digit assists with that front court. Also he had a poor night defensively, the Nugget guards ran riot in general, not just Lawson (who had a great night). I know he was sick, but you front up and play over 30 minutes you just have to do the job and a guard has 3 things to do. Score, create and defend. Kobe did 1 well and 2 poorly.

Sweet, the Lakers needing 7 games just to get out of the first round and that is if they win.

I don't mean passing to someone to create their own jump shot, I mean creating the opening for Bynum and Gasol to get layups and dunks. I doubt many of their misses were wide open 3 feet from the bucket.
