I totally endorse and rate very highly NOT doing any Supercoach or Dream Team or even footy tipping.

Everytime I hear someone discuss who they should pick as captain, whether to trade Ablett out or not etc etc I just smile. Smile knowing I dont have any of that to worry about.

The wife hates that I'm always on my phone checking SC scores all weekend. She'd be overjoyed if I quit

I'll happily admit I was shit at it, no bones about it. Just having nothing to do with it means you can watch the footy and just watch the footy, not being concerned about who is touching it* and who isn't....it's great.

I'm the other way, i introduced my missus to DT & it rules her weekend.

I've done that and more. Not even in a tipping comp this year. Makes watching the games so much more enjoyable.

Agreed, I find that we watch more games as a family now than we used to.

I haven't done footy tips for at least 10 years.

Agree that its a lot more enjoyable watching a round of footy not worrying about results.

As for DT and SC, did one of those one year at request from someone at work. Didnt get into it, and became a chore.
