my guess would be 2006 when kimba fin top n dont make the grand final?? also when would of bin the last time there a grade n b grade lost on the same day?

2008 was the last time kimba lost 2 in a row! Last minor round game against Cleve then the 2nd semi final against Cowell! They then went on to win the grand final!!

I know 08 Cowell beat them in the second semi final other than GF their B grade doesn't drop too many!
