Hope so.
Why would you hope so?
Cos he has a footy brain and a good bloke. Would be good to see him back involved.

Yardy Lard wrote:Snake_Eyes wrote:DARK KNIGHT wrote:can anyone give me some info on Glen Schreiber from Port Districts, see he has a clearance in to go to Waikerie in the riverland
what position does he play and how does he go ???
Glen is a very handy full back position. Played for the SAAFL u/21 side and held is spot well. He is coming back from a serious ankle injury but has spent most of his preseason in the gym. This is the first I have heard of Glen leaving, would be very disappointing to see Glen leave.
Yes Glen is a good player down back, but had heard he is going to the Riverland for work and then play football (but did not know which club until now). Worst thing is that he won't deduct any points from the growing list. That is a bit of a worry, as when we were counting them the other night, could still count 24 or 25 points, and just could not see how everyone was going to fit into the senior side. That is the only worry as some super players are training, but where are they all going to fit. Reid Beeching from down south, at about 6.4 or 6.5 is a big boy and they say he can play at CHF, CHB or even on the ball. Would not want to be standing him or Johncock. Beeching comes with a huge reputation and they say he is even better than Bubbles, which is scary.

Give it a few weeks NM and you will be working the BBQ for the lads, drinking with the members and even a Largs Legend, with all your old buddies.

Wishful thinking Yardy!!
I don't support anyone in the SAAFL to be honest with you mate & i certainly wouldn't want to be a Largs Boy, i just like watching a good game of footy while enjoying a drink n chat with honest non backstabbing people.
