yeh gr8 bloke. We shud have won by 15 goals. It was 8 goals to 1 at half time. we took our foot off the gas and gave them a sniff. Had a lot of younger guys in the side so u gotta expect that sometimes i spose. But it'll come- shud be a good game this wk against golden grove.

Watched the game friday night and i honestly believe some of the teams from Div 7 last year were better than Grove. Friars played no where near there best and still won easily

I concur, half of Div 7 would have given Golden Grove a touch up friday night...Golden Grove lacked fitness and have no size about them credit to Blacks they exploited this.

Shane Mitchell is an outstanding communicator but I feel he just doesn't have the cattle on the field to play with.

Blacks to dominate Div 6 easily....(fingers crossed for some other team to prove me wrong)

mypaddock something you need to know about Blackfriars....they could be playing West Coast this week and they'd still be confident of a big win!

Simon Johnson coached us in 2002 and the following year when he got the Birdwood job he came and watched us play 2 trials and he did the exact same thing to us! Super Coach!
