Relegation?...
Can think of 3 or 4 who are worse off than Eastern Park, even with their losses

I know big numbers and enthusiasm at this time of year doesn't necessarily relate to onfield success when the real stuff starts in April but I reckon we may surprise a few in this comp.

Every grade, our depth this year will be better than last year. We're getting near on 100 out to every session.

I counted about 35 one night last week. I can see how that could be construed as near on 100 if you'd had 20 in the bar that nightbar20 wrote:We're getting near on 100 out to every session.

On one hand, that wouldn't surprise me with all the new recruits they've picked up.
However, the only reason I believe you may be telling porkys is that Walkerville Oval wouldn't fit 186 people![]()

Well buggar me, we had 486 on Monday night at Bob # 1 and 322 at Bob # 2. All of the highest of quality too and the APPS points problem, not an issue.bar20 wrote:Cash 123 wrote:bar20 wrote:Firstly I'd like to apologise for digressing away from Portland & Port Districts for just a minute and say Flinders Park are looking good on the track and getting massive numbers out. Glen is a very handy full back position. Played for the SAAFL u/21 side and held is spot well. He is coming back from a serious ankle injury but has spent most of his preseason in the gym. This is the first I have heard of Glen leaving, would be very disappointing to see Glen leave.
