Depends on people's idea of trolling I guess, I'd always thought it was in reference to non-regular users who jump on a site to denigrate it without any interest in using it as was intended .. In this instance regardless of Punkys objective with his post (and I'm not suggesting it's anything untoward mate) he's a regular contributor to the site with enough "runs on the board" that he shouldn't come under any consideration as a "troll"??

And as for what this thread is supposed to be about, I say the same as ca, in regards to both Eagles and Sturt for bringing up junior players and turning them into good players.

I am happy with our "hacks" at North. If you count all players that have been on AFL lists (whether they played a game or not) then you can re-start this topic by adding the Gowans to your thinking - as they were on St. Kilda's list.

Nah definately not, here's 1 definition, I don't necessary agree with it all but it will you a better understanding.

Being involved with a club does not make you a part of the club IMHO.
To my knowledge he's not employed by the club but he is involved with quite a bit of stuff on a voluntary basis as well as being a sponsor.
I didn't consider myself a part of the official club when I worked as a volunteer running the website..
topsy, I also wouldn't regard anything you say as a representation of the Norwood FC.

I only mentioned it because of the "holier than thou" attitude of some Eagles supporters. All clubs have them I suppose. I didn't mention any names just related a story - that's all. People can choose to believe it or not but the Eagles fans should get a reality check. Do they not think their clubs does not use tatics like the other 8 clubs?

I for one never want to give off a holier than thou attitude Im just a fan who loves my team .But dont you think thou should look in thy own mirror mate with all this EAGLES are doing this and that .Hell Im pretty sure all the clubs are doing something its the first time in ages your Club isnt chasing a heap of our players maybe because you lured OHARA away !! I have no idea which clubs are over the salary cap and I don't really care because I reckon they'd all be giving it a fair crack. It just comes down to which clubs are smart enough not to get caught.
