Going well. Good numbers yet we havent started as a full group yet. Depth not an issue i wouldnt think. Its only November so no definate thoughts until the business end i spose. My lads in the C grade who had a good year this year coming form bottom 2 the past 4-5 years to finsih 4th this year have all agreed to stay on next year which is good. No bad reports. How's your club going?

There would be a slight issue in regards to the B grade depth I would have thought, having finished in the bottom two for 3 consecutive years

Fair enough call mate. From the outside i would say the same thing. There is a new coaching group with new faces in and around the club. The depth that you speak of in my oppinion shouldnt be an issue but its on November as i put it so until we are all on the track as one group we never know. I dont think there will be same results for the B grade next year. Fresh faces and a new approach is always good.

I havent been out on the track yet but is it true that Cameron Miller from PDFC was seen with the Portland A grade Coach last night to discuss his Div 2 future? Was seen at Portland in good spirits and in deep talks with the coach for 2012. I know for a fact PD would not like that.

We dont have an extended budget either mate so i know exactly where your coming from. Salary cap my A$$. Unless your out at Dizzies where you can get any type of whitegoods or Tv's or golf membership as a sign on . Geez if you were any good you would never have to apply to a golf club or go to radio rentals or harvey norman and get interest free. All i would ever be able to offer a bloke is a drink bottle and a spot on the ground on game day.

Interesting u say that as he was playing Gaelic with a fair few Gaza boys fri nite. Did overhear them ask him where he was playing and he didn't know. They did ask him to go out to Gaza.
Was interesting to see a few punches thrown on fri nite between the Port District and Gaza boys during their Gaelic game, that Districts won.
