ben nason a bit stiff isnt he? surely someone will give him a go on the rookie list, played most games in 2010 form must have dropped off this year but still thought he would get another go....

As expected, Adelaide delisted more players today with the following getting cut:

James Sellar (Glenelg - local lad)

Myke Cook (South - Vic lad?)

Will Young (Norwood - Vic boy?)

James Craig (North - local lad)

Essendon have delisted Irish player Michael Quinn.
Quinn managed 8 senior games and won a B&F for Bendigo Bombers but couldnt quite crack it into the senior side this year.
