Isn't Chad Gibson some spud the Crows drafted??





Now Plays for East Lake in Canberra and goes pretty well, had many injuries early on but dominated the game i watched took 2 hangers in the first 5 mins he is a big strong boy

The issue with Nick Stevens is that he said he would be traded to any Melbourne based club and Port spent the first 4 days of trade week negotiating the best deal and had received an offer from Melbourne of pick 5. After the Thursday trade day ended his manager informed Port that he had changed his mind and would only go to Collingwood (who offered Heath Scotland or Pick 18).
Karma caught up with Nick though as he has 2 wooden spoons as a reward for his actons.

my mistake getting chad and josh gibson mixed up..

Well he has been mentioned over the last couple of months as their marquee player... Next year they could pick him up and Saints would just get a concession pick, why waste potential superstar picks to get him a year earlier...?

Saints need to offload at least $750,000 from their salary cap according to TWR
July 11th 2012....

Will not happen. He has two years to run on his contract, would be on $350k+ and any trade would see the new club pay him stuff all, perhaps $250k and we would need to pay the rest. We wont do that....he'll play at the Bay on $350k a year instead. :oops:

If Goddard did not go to GWS, Luke Power would be a shoe-in for their first Captain, IMO.

GWS exchange Terry Milera (Port Magpies), Ahmed Saad (North Bullants) and Rd 1 pick (25) to St Kilda for Rd 1 pick (20)
