He had/has a great passion for the game. I like the emotional footballers who forget they are on a stage being watched around Australia. Richo was as loyal as they come also. I'm sure every off season he would of had offers to join Carlton/Collingwood/Essendon/Sydney, but stuck by his club.

Yeah, his loyalty is probably something that is often overlooked.
Nothing wrong with a bit of passion provided it is used as a positive -as Sheedy said once, Hitler had a lot of passion too.
