sturt has no depth, 6 regulars out & they look small & ordinary while for norwood its the same as it has been for years no forwards they get plenty of the ball but fail to score heavily

Having said that, Sturt will finish higher than glenelg this season.

I will pay you what ever you want if we finish below glenelg, however we wont so how much will you give me?

YOU CAN HAVE UP TO $1,000.00 AT EVEN MONEY

Thankyou I will supply my bank account number to you when its mathematically impossible for glenelg to go above us

How is a bloke like that not the dominant figure he should be?? He has the size (and pace for it) and has plenty of ability IMHO, almost seems like something's not right there!!

SP - It's a trial game mate, I would have thought there were more things to be critical of than a BBQ stall not being open, and as for the Oval and lighting being a sham, perhaps we should have played at Unley last night??

MST - Norwood had plenty of outs, Hill, Duigan, Aish, Nicholas, McDonnell, De Jong, Pfeiffer, Campbell, Meeson (last few AFL listed I know, but will play most of year with us), Gibbo (was showered by 1/2 time) ... A good run with injury and we will play much better than last night.

Sturt have some good players ... Can't remember names but number 50 looked lively and number 12 (the Riewoldt lookalike - from a distance anyway) looks to have good ability.

Plenty of outs? Which of those norwood outs are very strong chances to be selected next thursday that didnt play ressies last friday night.

Duigan, Aish, Nicholas and De Jong would be selected next Thurs I would imagine, depending upon injury status ... The others mentioned won't be selected due to injury, not being taken by their AFL clubs and they will see plenty of gametime at Norwood this year imo.

MST ... No bias whatsoever

As always it's hard to guage from a trial game, and also on Sturt's behalf a new coach with new systems ... I thought Sturts use of the ball, especially in the back half was concerning and reminded me of the bad Norwood methods of the past few years (something which I seriously hope is erradicated this year), hopefully they can straighten that out because I was impressed with all of your players endeavour, committment and courage.

The way i read your comment Constance is that Hill, Duigan, Aish, Nicholas, McDonnell, De Jong, Pfeiffer, Campbell, Meeson are all in your best 21, so I would love to know the 9 players norwood would leave out for them if they were all available. I can gaurantee that Whiteman, Sheedy, Nelson, McLeay, Feast, Crane, Brooks and Bentley are all in our best 21 and atleast 6 of them will play for us against westies. I believe our run from defence will improve

I'd think 6 of them are in our best 21 S1 ... I guess then it becomes a comparison of the quality of those guys against the quality of your outs, naturally I'd back our boys but I only get to see Sturt 2 or 3 times a year so can't say with any certainty.

Hmm tough question ... Without being able to remember exactly who played, probably Crouch, Pratt, Yeomans, Bartemucci, Tyrell, Donohue (I think they all played in the 2nd game)

I wont be losing anything but if you are keen to pay me just let me know first who you support and secondly if you are willing pay 100 to 1. Still keen?

Guys, as pointed out to me by pm by someone it is catergoriacally illegal to place bets amongst each other BY LAW, please do not do it on these forums.
If you want to do something illegal then sort it out amongst yourselves by email.
Cheers.
