Great scheme that one. Only way to be equal about it.

Whenever I see another dude in the passenger seat while a chick is driving, I always give the thumbs up. :-bd

On topic. What size crowd would need attend this game for it to be considered a success? 30,000?

I reckon 25000 realistic and what they'd be hoping for against a side with minimal followers in this state and for a game that will more than likely have no influence on the finals outcome. 25000 at AO will definately have more atmosphere about it than 25000 at AAMI I reckon.

Either way its a good move IMHO even if it means a bigger financial loss, less than 10k at Footy Pk would look terrible for the AFL but the novelty factor will get it over 20k at Adelaide Oval.

I know for Auskick you usually have 36 kids for a Port game & 24 for a Crows game.

We're only having 24 kids for this one. My mob are coming up from the South East so they'll enjoy it!

You would think they would want a decent crowd, charging us $25 entry and then not allowing us to use our dining area or bar!!
Dont think ill bother going now

I see that port are expecting 30,000.....A tad inflated???....Again????
Lets hope not for Ports sake..AFL boss will be watching the crowd figure with great interest.
The figure of how many actually paid to see the game will be they sealer. perhaps port will give a shed load of tickets out for free?

Wouldn't it be funny if they fail to get 15 000 to the game this weekend. Would mean they be lucky to beat the crowd for the last "Big Time" game played at Adelaide Oval, the 2008 Preliminary Final between the Bays and Blues.

Memo to the Adevertiser scribes, big time footy has been played at Adelaide oval in the last 20 years.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!
