No contact at all? So, if you get a slight nudge, you're entitled to propel yourself across the ground as if you've been shot out of a cannon? I thought that was what the new rule was supoosd to weed out. Totally mystifying ... but then again most things that happen in AFL these days are.

I'm not being argumentative, I really want to understand it.

There was word today Doctors are worried about permanent brain damage with Brown.
Just how much footy has this bloke got left in him?

I thought the same AH but heard an interview with Anderson after monfries confirmed he staged for it. Anderson was quick to rule out him getting fined because there was contact! Confusing ay

The 2011 nominees for the Chris Judd 'they got off light' award are

- Angus Monfries for hardly copping any stick after his pathetic dive cost Jordan Lewis matches
- Joel Corey for getting off scott free after doing a sling tackle when everyone in the league has been going for weeks
- The Collingwood football club for not having to leave Victoria until Round 19
- Heath Shaw for being allowed to play finals football this year. What were the odds on that?
- Justin Sherman for only copping four games for being a racist arsehole
- Travis Varcoe for not been slagged mercilessly after the biggest squib I've seen on a footy field for many in a year in a match where Jonathon Brown showed what real courage is

I vote for Sherman. He got off very light for mine.

And for collingwood I think one of the interstate trips are against Port at AAMI, seriously.........

But Turbo, like Carlton's B&F count for the next five or six years, The Juddernaut would be the only bugger to win it...

Judging but what I've seen over the past few weeks the Carlton fans might have more to be happy about come the end of the year. A Brownlow is better than yet another Grand Final loss and that's if we play well in September. IMO Collingwood can't be beaten.
