Plus lets not forget the Power could do with the dollars.

And yes, Clayton is/was one of the best players in the comp.

Port are a sneaky chance at the top 3 if they can continue their good form at home (exception being South game)

4 games at home and an away trip back to Unley gives them a real crack.

Only play Norwood and Central once each which would be the only games they have left which would be considered big upsets if they were to win.

Brett Duncanson was emphatic about the reason for playing in the Foxtel Cup, ie. to get games into the players. No-one needs gametime more than Jeremy Clayton.

Claremont by 5 goals. Players know the ground well and the breeze and most port players will get lost in the big open spaces.

Claremont v Williamstown for the GF

RICHMOND, RICHMOND, RICHMOND.

Let that be a lesson to you Sturt. You don't beat Glenelg 3 times in a row in Grand Finals and get away with it.

Agreed. The GF will then be played at Ethihad and Williamstown to win by plenty

So there's no "open space" at Footy Park or Alberton, so no-one's rating Port Adelaide? How surprising.

I think Port Adelaide aren't without chance but it will be hard agaist a form team in the WAFL and a quality line up.

Depends on what side the Maggies pick (Tony Bamford has said he will take with him the best possible side available) as to how they go but I think they will just get done.

Claremont by about 3 or 4 goals.

I would be surprised if a full strength Magpie team couldn't take it right up to Claremont, if not win. From what I've seen of the WAFL sides, I have a feeling their fringe players are not quite as developed or strong as the better SANFL sides, (which the Maggies could claim to be at present.)
Players win touches, Teams win matches, Clubs win Premierships.

Interesting Maric isnt going over.... Crows not letting him travel? I would have thought keeping him playing whilst he is in reasonable form would have been better for the Crows.
