Ain't that the truth. Encouraging signs for sure, but the longer the season goes, the more we're gonna miss Dempsey and Winderlich I feel. Certainly can't afford to lose too many more.

We will be ok. Wont lose too many at fortress etihad, just need to learn how to win outdoors and on road.
No coincidence we are unbeaten at etihad but have 2 losses and a draw away

Good to get the points tonight, it was only Brisbane but its still a rarity for us to win on the road.
Dont think many had us to have 5 wins after 8 rounds, Hirdy a Co have done a fantastic job, I just hope we can keep the intensity up and not drop off.

Pretty soon like when REB? Currently 3rd on the ladder only a game and half behind the pies once the bye has been done. The highest scoring team in the AFL by a long way. Playing pretty good football at the moment, think bye will come at exactly the right time next week get some sore boys like Hurley and Watson a decent rest.

Have to say the improvement in the Bombers has surprised me, and whilst I haven't seen them for the past fortnight, what I have seen of them this year has been pretty attractive and high quality football.

Not if you read the whole thread mon ami. BTW maybe the wheels have started to fall off....Dempsey, Winderlich, Watson needs a spell. It doesn't take much in this league and suddenly 4th = 11th.
