Early doors still....

Was really surprised the Essendon blokes didn't come back on after getting injured.
Surely St Jimmy would've miraculously healed them at half time...

Fantastic effort lads. Fletcher. Amazing. Poor old Navy Blues, rub of the green all day, still couldn't get it done. Early doors yes, but a few questions asked and answered about both clubs today methinks.

Early doors I know, but plenty of character in that result for the Bombers .. Had a $5er on the draw so pretty happy with the result - Thought Duigs played really well too.

Nah Jim hasnt learnt the art of healing yet, give him time :)
At the end of the day though a self proclaimed top 4 side couldnt get over a bottom 4 side who only had 2 on the bench.
I know whose fans and coaching staff would be happier tonight.
Hats of to duigan, was fantastic today

Duigan was very good wasn't he?! Have they got the pronunciation of his name right? I thought it was Doogan, not Dygan?

Recall sticks at start of year saying that carltons goal was to progress further in finals this year and he saw no reason they couldnt finish top 4 if they played to their ability. Pretty sure it was on 3AW with brayshaw and co.

Fair dinkum. For years you've had Lloyd and Monfries diving even more often than Stevie Johnson and you're pulling out this gem. I hope you're not driving home tonight. 8)

Got no problems admitting Lloyd was big diver but he was nowhere near as protected as Judd. Judd gets away with everything, even eye gouging!!!
