Be a part of a tipping comp with a difference! Do your tips for all 24 rounds before the season starts, sit back and see how well your preseason predictions go over the course of a season. Which teams do you think will improve on their 2010 performance? Which teams will drop away? How will the Gold Coast go in their first season?

No need for the frantic Friday arvo mad dash to get your tips in, assuming you even remember! Tip once at the start, and forget. If you are also a part of a standard footy tipping comp compare your weekly scores.

To be a part, PM me with your email address and I will email you the Excel file you need for your tips!

There will also be a SANFL version.

I ran a football pool at work a few years back. An idea was handed to me that as a bonus, we allow each person to pick a game from round 1 where they thought one team had the best chance of winning. If you got it wrong, you were out. If you got it right, your progressed to picking a winner from round 2, etc.

I thought it would go well into the season, but to my amazement by round 4 each of 22 participants had been eliminated. It sounds easy. but it's harder than you think.

At the moment....(after 4 1/2 rounds)

Normal - 24 (without counting the 3 draws)
All at once comp - 20 (not counting draws)
