Whether she has or hasn't got photos, she's done a bloody good job of ensuring this story remains all over every paper and news service. Silly young tart or very clever girl? Possibly the latter.

Isn't the big question why adult football players are playing around sexually with a child? I thought that was paedophilia... :?

As an AFL footballer why the hell would you let photos like that be taken of you in the first place? You're in the public eye, it's not like you're on an end of season trip with your div 4 mates....

All looked pretty gay to me...

Very well said Clarrie!!!

I would have thought as a captain of a football club you are there to set an example to your fellow players, be a leader and a role model for youth. Not get your tackle out with fellow team mates.....coud have been done 30 years ago but with the $$$'s and responsibility they have now.....its just plain stupid.
Is out of change.....thanks Cambridge Clarrie!!!

The way the news are reporting her ban from posting the pictures are always made in reference to them being taken from Gilbert's computer.

If these photo's are actually taken on her own phone, then is there really anything that prevents her from posting these on facebook?
Obviously taking the fact away from the St.Kilda players are nude, what would be the repercussions if Nick was having a bong/line?

Precisely the reason none of this will end up in the courtroom, St Kilda can huff and puff all they like, yet its fairly obvious especially reading Hinch's article that they wont be taking any action over it.

Ignoring the fact that she's a proven liar, what with the photos of the Miami hotel's rooms matching the style of room the players were in.
It's all the SANFL's fault.

But the photo doesn't really depict the events Nick has led us to believe.

Who knows what really went on and it does look gayer than an episode of Queer Eye, but it's 99.99% certain that the chick didn't take the photos herself in Melbourne like she claims.

Her only mistake, if it is a mistake saying she took the pics in Melbourne now she has to hand over all the photos plus any others she has as a result of todays court order, I hope she makes copies if she has others because if she does have other pics, here comes the biggest coverup you can imagine

Yes well what is new and depending on how many pics she has also. To be honest what a waste of space putting those pics up it was a rather small thing of her to do

The age of consent in Victoria is 16, so I'd suggest that it was deemed that a crime wasn't committed.

Good on her for exposing them.

She can claim she is 'exposing them for what they are' all she likes but people have been throwing themselves at celebrities for years and will continue to do so for many, many more years to come regardless of the outcome of this situation.
